While our roots are in traditional blacksmithing, our work extends beyond the forge. We regularly partner with builders, contractors, and property owners to create metalwork that complements the broader construction process—whether that means fabricating a one-of-a-kind staircase, producing custom gates for an entire development, or solving a unique design or structural challenge.

BEHIND THE FORGE
Eric “Kenny” Condra is a blacksmith, fabricator, and lifelong tradesman who’s worked has been shaped by traditional forging and modern construction.
After beginning his training through a traditional blacksmith apprenticeship, Kenny spent more than sixteen years creating custom architectural metalwork throughout the Eastern United States, including railings, staircases, gates, fireplace features, and specialty architectural pieces for luxury residential and commercial projects. Along the way, he has led fabrication teams, managed complex installations, and built a reputation for quality workmanship and practical problem-solving.
Kenny's experience extends well beyond the forge. Throughout his career he has worked alongside builders and multiple construction trades, gaining practical experience in masonry, framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, finish work, structural fabrication, and installation. That broader perspective allows him to understand how custom metalwork fits into the overall construction process—not just how it's built, but how it's delivered, coordinated, and installed successfully.
Before beginning his professional career in the trades, Kenny served as a Combat Engineer in the United States Marine Corps. The discipline, accountability, and problem-solving skills developed during that time continue to influence the way he approaches every project today.
Today, Kenny continues to divide his time between custom blacksmithing, architectural fabrication, specialty construction projects, and collaborating with builders throughout the region. That variety keeps his skills sharp and his understanding of construction current, allowing him to bring practical experience—not just theory—to every project.
